Having the courage to seriously explore new brands will also pay off in the future as Angry Birds will eventually fade from popularity.</p><p><br /></p><p>- The company is/was paralysed by incompetent middle management who kept hiring very junior and unexperienced employees as they are easy to boss around. This led to inferior products and inability to renovate. Advice to Management: Get rid of middle management and start hiring experienced and motivated people.
